K. S. Garcha attended law schools in both Canada and the United States. He was admitted to the State Bars of California (1987) and Washington (1993), and the Law Society of British Columbia (1996). He is a plaintiff’s trial lawyer with an impressive record of success in representing his clients in personal injury claims.
Mark C. Canofari, Esq. has extensive litigation experience and has handled a multitude of complex trials in both the Supreme and Provincial courts of British Columbia. He is well known in the legal community for having an excellent reputation with adjusters, other counsel and the judiciary, which has achieved outstanding results for his clients. Mr. Canofari has worked with foreign governments including the United States of America and negotiated agreements for the People Republic of China (Taiwan). Additionally, he has worked as an educator by presenting to the Justice Institute of British Columbia and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He has also worked as trial counsel on highly complex cases such as the Air India Bombing, and more recently has been representing clients in class actions, serious car accidents and complex corporate commercial matters.
Perry G. Kuchar attended Osgoode Hall Faculty of Law in Toronto. He was called to the Law Societies of Upper Canada (1994) and British Columbia (1995). Mr. Kuchar has a diverse practice focused on personal injury claims, criminal, family and business law.
Paul S. Sanghe attended Robson Hall Faculty of Law at the University of Manitoba. He was admitted to the Law Society of BC in 2013. Mr. Sanghe's practice is primarily litigation-based, with a focus in personal injury claims.
